How long do payments take to settle?

Funds are deposited daily (Monday to Friday). For a payment made on a Monday, you will receive the funds into your bank account on Wednesday.

How are refunds handled?

Our integration with Ryft means that by clicking'Refund' in Giggio, this will process the refund for your customer.

How do I sign up?

Just head to the 'Card Payments' tab in the settings of Giggio, and click the 'Start' button.

Ryft will generate a new merchant request and you will receive an email invitation. Open this invite email, set your password and you can begin the sign-up process.

How easy is it to get set up with GiggioPay?

We’ve completed most of the work for you! Our teams have integrated Giggio into the Ryft gateway, meaning your onboarding journey is as simple as completing a few online questions about your business – which should take no longer than 2 minutes to complete, and you'll be able to transact immediately. If further documents are required, Ryft will reach out.

What do I do if something goes wrong?

If you have an issue that can’t be solved directly by us, we’ll work with our dedicated account manager at Ryft who can make sure things are resolved quickly.
