GIGGIO FEATURE SPOTLIGHT

Saved Email Sequences

This feature lets you save the scheduled email sequences you create on an event and use them again on future events. You build the sequence once, save it, then add it to any new event in a few seconds.

WHAT THIS FEATURE DOES

You can:
• Create a set of scheduled emails on any event
• Save that set as a named sequence
• Reuse it on future events
• Keep the timing and status rules for every email

You can add as many emails as you want to each sequence, and you can create as many sequences as you need.

HOW SEND DATES WORK

Giggio records how far each email is from the event date when you first create it. For example:
• One email 30 days before
• One email 7 days before
• One email 1 day after

When you save the sequence, those time offsets are stored. When you add the sequence to a new event, Giggio calculates the new send dates automatically based on the new event date.

STATUS RULES

Each email keeps its status rule. If an email is set to send only when the event is Confirmed, that rule is saved in the sequence. When you use the sequence again, the same rule is applied.

WHY THIS HELPS

This update removes repetitive work and makes your communication more consistent. You do not need to rebuild the same emails each time, and you avoid missing important reminders.

If you normally add several emails to each event, the time saved adds up quickly. You set up the sequence once, then use it across all future events.

HOW TO USE IT

1. Create your emails on an event
2. Click Save Sequence and give it a name
3. On a new event, choose the sequence from the list
4. Click Insert

Giggio adds the emails, sets the dates, and applies the rules.
